How are you?
How are you? Take a moment seeking that response. We are so quick to respond with what is often a cliché response when asked that question. But how many times do we actually check on ourselves? So answer yourself, honestly.
Many get pulled in multiple directions a day taking care of everyone else. I challenge you to commit to taking care of you. No, not in the sense of being selfish. However, it’s important that you’re not attempting to pour from an empty cup. It’s vital that you love yourself and give yourself grace. It’s necessary that you take care of you. When you treat yourself well, you also teach others how to treat you. Your healing, health, well-being, and wellness are all so important. No matter what you may face, remember you matter and you are good enough. So my friend, how are you doing? I’m cheering for you. It gets better, you will win, and you matter to God.
Prayer: Father, thank you for your love and kindness. Thank you for your grace and mercy. You’ve been so kind. Thank you for being a promise keeper. Continue to remind us that we are fearfully and wonderfully made. We will forever give you the honor and glory. In Jesus name. Amen.
