Mental Health Awareness Month - God cares...
The silence of pain can seem so heavy... Be reminded to “Cast your burden on the Lord [releasing the weight of it] and He will sustain you; He will never allow the [consistently] righteous to be moved (made to slip, fall, or fail). [I Pet. 5:7.]” Psalm 55:22 AMPC Your pain may not be visible but never feel like you have to go through life alone. You have a constant friend in Jesus. He will give you who and what you need, if you just trust Him. You don't have to carry that weight. No matter what you face today, I pray you find peace in knowing that God cares for you, so turn all your worries over to him. I recently shared these same words of encouragement on social media. The’ silence of pain’ reminded me of the mental illnesses that so many of us carry. While the silent cries are often covered with a temporary smile, I’m declaring that you will experience unending joy. You are not alone and you matter. Your mental health matters and maintaining a healthy mental health lifestyle is important. Prayer: God help us not to feel alone in our pain. Give us a constant reminder that you are with us. Please God give us the peace that surpasses all understanding. We love you and thank you for mental restoration. In Jesus name. Amen.
