Mental Health Awareness Month – You matter too

May is observed as Mental Health Awareness Month. May is an opportunity to raise awareness of those living with mental or behavioral health issues. It is also a time to help reduce the stigma so many experience. It is a time for us to be more intentional in ensuring our mental health is given the proper attention. This month, I would love to share beneficial weekly tips as we raise awareness to mental health. Depression, Panic Disorder, Fear, Schizophrenia, PTSD, and others are all mental health types. Remember, you matter too and taking care of your mental health also matters. Be sure you’re not hurting your mental health inadvertently. This photo shared by, “Let’s Talk Mental Health”.
