Who will you trust?
Scripture: Proverbs 3:5- “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding”. No matter what you may face today, put your trust in God. There is no problem too big for God. Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the LORD delivereth him out of them all. (Psalm 34:19) He has the power to deliver you from what you may be facing today. Can we be real? There are things that are happening or have happened and it may seem like you are being hit from every side. However, that should not cause you to lack faith or trust in God. He will see you through. His plans are greater than anything we can think or imagine. We all have been affected by something that makes us ask the question, “Why”? It can be so confusing to go through life with what feels like constant sickness, burdens, and stress. But let me encourage and remind you that you are not alone. God walks with you and He talks with you. Will you trust Him? We have at one point or another put our faith and trust in the wrong person, people, or decision. But don’t lose yourself there and definitely don’t lose your faith. When man disappoints, God gives victory. When people doubt what you can do, God proves the doubters wrong. Don’t give up on God because God will never give up on you. Who will you trust? The God who will and can do all things but fail is here. God will see you through no matter what you are facing. You are never alone. Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. Prayer: God thank you for loving us. Thank you for being a keeper. We thank you for grace and mercy. God, please help us to lean on you and not our own understanding. Direct our paths, so we don’t go astray. Give us hope as we give you glory. We will continue to praise you. God forgive us for our ignorance to your compassion and help us to be better servants and stewards. In Jesus Name. Amen.
